From recycled light fixtures to the fibonacci-inspired 'information wall', every design choice carries meaning. Albanian Post HQ includes 5 units: administration, newsroom, technical department, shared spaces and the research institute. Designed for efficiency, creativit and comfort, with over 90% natural light across all areas. The lighting concept of the common spaces is inspired by the albanian prime minister's derogatory label for independent media, which he has referred to as 'cauldron'. In this context, washing machine drums have been repurposed and transformed into artistic lighting fixtures, assembled in clusters to evoke the noise and gossip often associated with journalism. This installation creatively reclaims the metaphor, turning the so-called 'cauldron' into sources of light and reflection - an ironic commentary on the attempt to devalue free press by illuminating it, quite literally, through design. The design of the office tables draws inspiration from the visual identity of Albanian Post itself. Subtle elements from the logo-its lines, curves, and structural rhythm-are embedded into the tables, creating a tactile connection between the brand and the workspace. Far from being merely functional objects, these tables act as physical extensions of the institution's image and ethos. By integrating fragments of the logo into the very facbric of daily work, the design reinforces a sense of belonging and institutional continuity, turning every desk into a symbol of collective identity and purpose.
